Pinning Tabs in Chrome

I’m late to the party in discovering this. On the random workday, I always have a few tabs open – Gmail, Feedly, Asana, and some scheduling software.

Did you know you can pin them?!?! Yes, yes you can 🙂

How does it look?

Pinned Tabs in Chrome

How to you make it so?

Right-click on the tab >> Pin Tab

Why would you want to?

  1. Smaller tab to save horizontal real estate
  2. Pinned tabs always stay on the left side of your browser
  3. When you close and reopen Chrome, those tabs automatically re-open

Take a test drive of it and see if you like it.
